The Gamekeepers Cottage

The end cottage in the old carriage house, Gamekeeper's is approached over the cobbled courtyard. The front door leads into a brightly painted kitchen with fridge/freezer, mini dishwasher and microwave. Stairs lead from the adjoining living room with woodburner to 2 bedrooms (the master and a twin) and bathroom with overhead shower. A large walled garden lies behind the cottage.

Accommodation details Ground floor kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave, electric cooker, mini dishwasher. Sitting room with TV, video, wood burner. First floor: Bedroom 1 with king size bed and duvet. Bedroom 2 with twin beds and duvets. Bathroom with bath, fitted shower, WC and washbasin, towel warmer

Facilities and services: Inclusive electricity. Heating - 1 Night store heaters, 1 panel heater and 1 oil-filled radiator. Logs for wood burner. Bedlinen and tea towels. Cot and high chair(s). Garden entrance during the open season. Tennis courts available during working hours- booking necessary.

At cost Telephone (on-site) coin box . Towels available at Ł5 per person. We like the cottage to be left cleaned, however, a cleaning service at Ł20 is available if preferred. Outside access to communal Laundry room with washing machine and coin operated drier. Baby sitters available. Aromatherapy available- booking essential.

Miscellaneous:Private parking for 2+ cars. Garden furniture and barbeque. Shop 1m. Pub 1/2 mile. Golf (18 hole) 1/2 mile. Short breaks available out of season. Dogs welcome. A charge of Ł15 per pet is required.
