Spry's is approached through a small walled garden, part of which is covered to accommodate Cornwall's sometimes inclement weather and provide a haven for shrubs and person alike.

Accommodation details Open plan dining/kitchen area Kitchen with fridge/freezer compartment, microwave, electric cooker. Sitting room with TV, video. Bedroom with queen size bed and duvet, wash basin. Modern en suite shower room with fitted shower, WC, towel warmer.

Facilities and services: Inclusive electricity. Heating - 1 Night store heaters and 1 oil-filled radiator. Bedlinen and tea towels. Cot and high chair(s). Garden entrance during the open season. Tennis courts available during working hours- booking necessary.

At cost Telephone (on-site) coin box . Towels available at Ł5 per person. You may leave the cottage as you found it, however, a cleaning service at Ł20 is available if preferred. Outside access to communal Laundry room with washing machine and coin operated drier. Baby sitters available. Aromatherapy treatments available- booking essential.

Miscellaneous: Private parking for 2+ cars. Garden furniture. Radio. Shop 1m. Pub 1/2 mile. Golf (18 hole) 1/2 mile. Short breaks available out of season.
