Tregrehan Garden Cottages has AA COVID~19 confident certification. We follow a strict cleaning protocol guided by South West Tourism Alliance and other national Tourism Alliances

Social distance communications maintained at 2 metres. We have a lot of garden space and the WiFi was upgraded in January this year throughout!

Immediate isolation following symptoms of COVID~19 disease. Guests must first test using NHS 111 online service to make an appointment in the locality. If the virus is detected guests are requested to travel home where possible. Please be aware that you will need to consider the additional cost of an extended stay if you do not make the journey home. Check your insurance.

Cleaning protocols include use of products coded EN 14476:2013, WHO specified 80% alcohol sanitizer and steam cleaning upholstery and carpets. Of course this doubles our cleaning time. During the winter we are offering short breaks and we aim to minimize costs by allowing at least 3 nights between bookings. We can give you exact details regarding your booking if you ask us.

It is strongly recommended that the client has suitable TRAVEL INSURANCE to cover eventualities resulting in you having to cancel your holiday for reasons including any illness, or if you or any of your group is required to self-isolate or quarantine due to COVID~19.  There are numerous policies now readily available and many bank annual policies cover this situation.  We cannot endorse any in particular but ‘Which’ or ‘Go Compare’ can give you a start point.

We do NOT provide insurance but we do offer pandemic flexible booking, see T&C for details
